Cost, Sliding Scale, and Tipping:
I offer several sliding scale sessions every month, primarily to support BIPOC and QTPOC clients. Please contact me directly for more information.
Tips I receive help to offset the cost of my sliding scale, making my practice more sustainable. If you’re able and would like to include a tip, consider adding between 10-20% to your appointment cost.

Health Insurance:
While I’m not able to file directly with your health insurance at this time, I can take your payment through your Health Saving Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Pay with your hsa or fsa debit card
My payment processing allows you to use the debit card provided by your HSA or FSA account. If you have any issues with this method, please reach out and I can provide a detailed receipt of service for verification.
file for a reimbursement
You can pay the full amount out of pocket and get a detailed receipt to be reimbursed by your HSA. Let me know prior to your appointment if you’d like to use this method so I can prepare your receipt. You will need to verify with your health insurance provider/HSA account that they cover the following CPT codes for your appointment.

Late Cancellation:
You can change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your appointment after that time, please contact me directly. My late cancelation fee is equal to half your scheduled session cost and will either by charged to the card associated with your account or invoiced to your directly. This fee may be waived due to illness or emergency. Please ask for what you need and thank you for honoring my time.
Appointments can be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
Your appointment is considered a “no show” if you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time with no communication. I’ll request the cancelation fee and you are welcome to reschedule.

WHAT TO EXPECT
You'll schedule your appointment through my website, where you'll be asked to agree to my COVID-19 policies. Contact me if you'd like to schedule recurring (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) sessions, or if you'd prefer to schedule directly with me.
All client paperwork will be shared online. In your appointment confirmation email, you'll find a link to the client forms you need to fill out prior to your appointment.
48 hours days before your scheduled appointment time, you'll get a reminder email that includes a COVID-19 screening questionnaire. You'll need to fill this out prior to your appointment and I may call you for more information.
Both you and I will wear approved masks during our time together, this includes during your hands-on massage. I will have masks available if you need one.
Please enter the building at your scheduled appointment time and wait in the waiting area.
OTHER POLICY CHANGES
Change or cancellation of your appointment still must be made a minimum of 24hrs in advance. If you have been in contact with someone with symptoms, or feel ill in any way on the day of your appointment, please give me a call or email me to reschedule. Massage is not advised if you have any symptoms of any illness. I'll not charge any late cancelation fee due to illness.
The room will be aired out with the window open after each session and when possible the window will be open throughout. I always sanitize all high touch surfaces between each client.
